Eden’s Graduation

In May, Eden graduated from preschool. During the ceremony each graduate was introduced, given a diploma, and then asked by their teacher, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Eden’s answer was great.

She didn’t simply mention an occupation. Her vision is more grand than that. When she grows up she wants to define an entire discipline.

Her answer? “Karate.” When Eden grows up she wants to be karate.

This is amazing. I love that Eden took the question so existentially. She says, “No profession will define who I am. I will embody a profession.”

    Nailed it
